Jacques Chemla is the founder and CTO of Pentaxi Ltd an Israeli startup developing an eVTOL aircraft family for logistics and passenger transport.

He started his career in Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) in 1980 and was involved in all IAI UAS programs since 1983, first as Head of the UAV Flight Control, Guidance and Navigation department & later as Chief engineer, Director of Program and Director of Marketing & Business Development of IAI UAS Group (MALAT).

Since 2016 he is consultant for several startups in Israel and other countries.

Jacques Chemla is graduated in Mathematics/Physics B.Sc. at Paris VI University (France) and in Aeronautical Engineering at Technion Institute of Technology – Haifa (Israel).
