Dr. Iris Dallal-Schwartz is the Product Manager (Cyber domain) in IAI Military Aircraft group’s Eng & Development division.

From 1998 to 2002, Iris Dallal-Schwartz assumed roles as a Process Leader as well as VP R&D assistant in various start-up companies.

Iris Dallal-Schwartz joined IAI in 2002, and until 2009 she led the implementation of advanced SystemEngineering methods, directed especially to high level complex developments programs, in MALAT division.

From 2009 to 2017, she has assumed various roles as a System Engineer & Project manager in MABAT division. She acquired a very wide vision of complex systems and sensors, while leading the development of advanced Electro-Optic sensors as well as Space Antennas etc.

From 2017 to 2020, she has initiated R&D programs with European Consortiums, generating high level capabilities for Drones platforms including AI ability in Eng & Development division. Moreover, she led academic cooperation to develop the infrastructure for AI assets.

From 2020 to now, she has initiated Cyber Defense program for large scale complex systems.

Iris Dallal-Shwartz presented papers in numerous international conferences and published Journal Papers. She holds three degrees from Israel Institute of Technology (Technion): B.Sc. in Biotechnology Engineering, M.Sc. in Quality & Reliability Engineering and Ph.D in Quality & Reliability Engineering specializing in on Systems of Systems Development.

Currently, she serves as a lecturer for “Developing & Managing Systems of Systems” course (a course she developed based on her Ph.D research). Dr. Iris Dallal-Shwartz is married and a mother of three.
