Eli Neeman

Head of Multi-Domain Systems, Israel

Eli holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering (M.Sc.). He is an engineer, General Aviation pilot, and expert in innovation, technology, and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)

Eli has extensive experience in aviation as both an engineer and a pilot. In modern warfare, unmanned aircraft play a significant role, with 78% of the Israeli Air Force’s operational flights conducted by remotely piloted systems. This shift has also impacted tactical warfare, with more tactical missions now being carried out by tactical forces that operate unmanned systems themselves. Eli leads the development of integrated tactical solutions at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and brings groundbreaking, innovative technologies to the field.

Due to recent changes in international flight schedules to Israel, the URAV 2025 conference has been rescheduled.

New dates: February 15–17, 2026.
